Summary: Johnny Miller was a happy, well-adjusted 15-year-old with good grades and a roomful of sports trophies until the terrible night his father committed suicide. Now, one year later, Johnny lives in the surreal, sun-drenched city of Palm Springs with his mother and her new husband. On the outside, Palm Springs is a shimmering paradise of resorts, swimming pools, golf courses and country clubs. But as Johnny learns the secrets that lie just beneath the surface of this seemingly typical neighborhood, he and his family are forced to ask the question: how well do you really know the people who live right next door? Hidden Palms is produced by Lionsgate Television, in association with Outerbanks Entertainment, and distributed by The CW Television Network. The series has been given an 8 episode initial order by the network.

Personal Thoughts: For me, I cant wait for this series to begin. Most have compared it to the "OLD 0.C." and to be completely honest I dont mind seeing that. I actually miss that part of The O.C. and wouldnt mind watching that on another show. Plus as a fan of The CW I hope this show does do well! A date has not yet been set of when this series will start, but we are sure that it will very soon.

P.S. Speaking of "The O.C.", the star of this show (Jimmy) is the same guy who played (Oliver) in "The O.C.". More things in common...
