CBS' usual lineup delivered a household ratings win Friday night, but a two-hour "20/20" helped ABC claim the top spot among younger viewers.

CBS averaged a 5.1 rating/9 share in primetime, holding off ABC's 4.9/9. NBC finished third at 3.5/6. FOX, 3.1/5, took fourth, and The CW trailed at 2.5/4.

The adults 18-49 crown went to ABC, which drew a 2.5 rating in the demographic. CBS came in second at 2.0, followed by FOX, 1.7; NBC, 1.4; and The CW, 1.3.

A "Ghost Whisperer" repeat, 4.8/8, put CBS on top at 8 p.m. "America's Funniest Home Videos," 4.7/8, was a close second for ABC. "Dateline" was third for NBC. FOX got a 3.0/5 from the movie "The Rundown," while the first hour of "Friday Night Smackdown!" on The CW scored a 2.5/4.

CBS held the lead at 9 p.m. with "Close to Home," 5.3/9. ABC improved to 5.0/9 with "20/20." FOX's movie concluded with a 3.2/6, beating out a "Las Vegas" repeat, 2.8/5, on NBC. "Smackdown!" held steady on The CW.

At 10 p.m., a "Numb3rs" rerun drew a 5.3/10 for CBS. The second hour of "20/20" averaged 4.8/9 for ABC, and a "Law & Order" repeat on NBC posted a 3.9/7.
