LOS ANGELES -- Fast National ratings for Friday, Jan. 19, 2007

NBC topped the ratings on a fairly quiet Friday that featured reruns on three of the five broadcast networks.

For the night, NBC averaged a 5.5 rating/9 share, edging out CBS, 5.2/9, for the top spot. ABC came in third with a 4.1/7. FOX drew a 3.5/6, and The CW trailed at 2.9/5.

The adults 18-49 title also went to NBC, which scored a 2.6 rating in the key demographic. FOX took second at 2.3, followed by CBS at 2.2. ABC, 1.9, came in fourth, ahead of The CW, 1.5.

NBC started the night with "1 vs. 100," which despite only earning a 5.7/10 was the night's most-watched show. A repeat of "Ghost Whisperer," 4.7/7, finished second for CBS. ABC got a 4.1/7 from a "Grey's Anatomy" repeat to take third. FOX was fourth with "Nanny 911," while the first hour of "Friday Night Smackdown!" scored a 2.8/5 for The CW.

A "Close to Home" rerun, 5.7/10, put CBS on top in households at 9 p.m., although NBC's "Las Vegas," 5.5/9, had a few more viewers. FOX moved up to third with "Trading Spouses," 3.7/6. "Smackdown!" narrowly beat a "Desperate Housewives" rerun on ABC for fourth.

At 10 p.m., ABC's "20/20" was first in the household ratings with a 5.4/9. However, CBS' "Numb3rs" repeat and NBC's "Law & Order" encore, both of which averaged 5.3/9, had more viewers than ABC.
