The season finale of Heroes airs Monday night at 10 on NBC. In Episode 23, How to Stop An Exploding Man, Isaac's predictions unfold and all our heroes face the pain and peril with, well-- heroism.
And after the show airs on the East Coast (sometime after 10 p.m., or 7 p.m. Pacific time-- check your local listings and clocks in the rest of the country and world), Heroes creator Tim Kring and-- Hey! Forget him!-- The Cheerleader, actress Hayden Panettiere, will be live-blogging and taking questions.
