"No Brains Left Behind" - After trying to sue the National Guard for not coming to the aid of a business that was flooded out during a storm, Alan Shore and Denny Crane decide that it's up to them to stop complaining and do something about it. Meanwhile, Shirley Schmidt's granddaughter asks for her day in court when she's expelled from school for trying to make a social statement; Carl Sack informs Shirley that he feels ineffective at the firm and wants to return to the New York office; and the fate of Lorraine Weller's position at the firm is unknown when she comes clean about her past to Shirley, on "Boston Legal," TUESDAY, DEC. 11 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
