Episode Info 2x10:

Episode Titled "Every Breath You Take" - Jessica feels responsible when a woman is killed shortly after the retrial of her stalker is lost.

Episode Info 2x11:

A policeman is shot and is on a ventilator in the hospital. Sebastian tries the case against the shooter, whose lawyer is an old friend and colleague of his. They meet for dinner to talk about old times and try and come to a settlement agreement and when they leave the restaurant, a car races by, spraying gunfire, killing opposing council. Sebastian works with the man's current law partners in trying to figure out who set up a hit on the victim. After investigating, Sebastian figures out the bullet was meant for him and works to figure out who tried to kill him. Claire Stark also appears.
