Love in the Air on the Set of Men In Trees

Anne Heche and her co-star lover have to be pried apart after shooting romantic scenes.

The actress, who began romancing fellow 'Men in Trees' star James Tupper sfter splitting from estranged husband Coleman Laffoon, admits it is hard to control their passions once the cameras stop rolling.

Anne said: "Usually when you're doing a love scene with somebody you're not in love with, it's like you kiss and you kiss and then you think, 'Oh, great.' And then they yell, 'Cut,' and you just split apart right away and act like you don't really like the person.


"But when they yell, 'Cut,' we just lay there and wait for the next take to go!"

The 38-year-old star also said she is relieved her romance with James is out in the open.

Anne added to US TV show 'Extra', "We're so much more comfortable now that our feelings are exposed and everybody knows about them."

When asked if she and James want to start a family, Anne - who already has a five-year-old son, Homer, with Coleman - said, "Got to leave it open, you know what I'm saying?"
