RENEWED: Dirty Sexy Money (Full Season)

Post by: Sal

This is the fourth rookie ABC series to get a back-nine order and the first on any network to get a pickup since the start of the writers strike.

ABC launched the strongest slate of new series, including top new drama "Private Practice," top new comedy "Samantha Who?" and best-reviewed new series "Pushing Daisies," all previously picked up for a full season.

The network's success is overshadowed by the potential damage a long strike can do on its promising newcomers. A disruption in the run of those series just as they are gaining momentum could be damaging -- look at what happened to CBS' promising newcomer "Jericho" last year after it was taken off the air for months.

"Dirty," from ABC Studios, is executive produced by creator Craig Wright, Greg Berlanti, Josh Reims, Matthew Gross and Bryan Singer.

Take Care,

Sal
