Plot:

Episode Titled "Attack of the Xenophobes" - Alan Shore helps Denny Crane defend himself in court when he is sued for firing an associate for being fat; and Whitney Rome and Katie Lloyd take on a murder case in which the DA plans to use a functional MRI as evidence to prove that the accused former cop is a racist. Meanwhile, Carl Sack represents Clarence Bell when he sues an online site for posting an unflattering video of him as "Clarice"; Jerry is overcome with anxiety when he feels it's time to give his very first kiss to former client Leigh - a fellow Asperger's syndrome sufferer and objectophile - whom he's been dating; and Alan mulls over the thought of having a real, adult relationship with Lorraine Weller, on "Boston Legal," TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
