The Tonight Show and Conan Staff Will Be Canned Soon

If the strike doesn't end soon, the staff of The Tonight Show and Conan will be laid off by the end of next week, the week of November 12th. The Tonight Show is looking at options since Jay won't cross the picket line.


The head writer of the Tonight Show was commenting that he doesn't think that Jay will return anytime soon, and certainly doesn't want to be the first late-night host to cross the picket line. The only thing that could save the Tonight show and it's non-writing staff is to have guest hosts during the strike. The real question is, will the guest hosts want to cross the picket lines too? This is getting ugly people! Studios, sack up and start negotiating, you're going to have to at one point, so why be a Debbie Downer about it?
