Episode Titled "Home But Not Home"

When Ned and his girlfriend get in trouble, Delia tries to get ahold of the girl's mother but her older sister comes to pick her up instead. Melinda tells Ned that the ghost of the girl's father is haunting him and Delia gets upset. They learn that the girl and her two siblings have been on their own since their mother left and are horrified to hear what happened with them and their mother. When the mother's ghost appears to Melinda, she tries to help keep the kids together and happy.
