JOE’S MOTHER MARJORIE DUBOIS (GUEST STAR KATHY BAKER, “BOSTON PUBLIC”) RETURNS FOR A VISIT WITH A SECRET SHE CAN ONLY SHARE WITH ALLISON -- ACADEMY AWARD WINNER ANJELICA HUSTON ALSO GUEST STARS -- When her mother-in-law Marjorie Dubois (guest star Kathy Baker, “Boston Public”) comes to visit, Allison (Emmy winner and Golden Globe nominee Patricia Arquette) learns the real reason why and struggles with her plea to not discuss it with Joe (Jake Weber), the one person with whom she has no secrets. Meanwhile, Ameritips investigator Cynthia Keener (Anjelica Huston) hopes to nudge Allison’s gifts to her open cases. Later, an arson-related murder brings Allison, Devalos (Miguel Sandoval) and Detective Lee Scanlon (David Cubitt) back together in an unexpected manner. Sofia Vassilieva, Maria Lark, and Miranda Carabello also star.
