It looks like Heather Locklear, and 'Lipstick Jungle' star Robert Buckley are getting a bit close and flirty. Could it be a new relationship evolving...

OR...Could it be the fact that the both of them are filming the new Lifetime movie "Flirting with 40". Yup, I think that's it. The movie is going to be about a divorcee who is celebrating her 40th birthday in Hawaii only to fall in love with her much younger Surfing instructor played by Buckley himself. Scandalous.
