Fast National ratings for Monday, Dec. 18, 2006

A pair of game shows, including the premiere of "Identity," led NBC to a ratings win Monday night in a night otherwise dominated by reruns.

NBC drew a 6.7 rating/11 share in primetime to beat out CBS, 6.3/10. FOX came in third with a 4.5/7. ABC, 4.1/6, was fourth, and The CW trailed with a 1.3/2.

The adults 18-49 race also went NBC's way, as it averaged a 3.5 rating in the key ad demographic. CBS, 3.0, finished second. ABC and FOX tied for third at 2.3, and The CW managed only a 0.8.

"Deal or No Deal" scored a 9.5/15, the night's best rating, for NBC at 8 p.m. FOX was second for the hour with a "House" rerun, 5.0/8. "Wife Swap" was third for ABC. Repeats of "How I Met Your Mother," 4.3/7, and "The Class," 3.7/6, put CBS in fourth. The CW averaged 1.4/2 with encores of "Everybody Hates Chris" and "All of Us."

NBC held the lead at 9 p.m. as the "Identity" premiere drew a 7.5/11, falling a little from its first to its second half-hour but retaining all of "Deal's" 18-49 rating. CBS moved up to second with "Two and a Half Men," 7.1/11, and "Old Christine," 5.8/9. "Supernanny" delivered a 4.5/7 for ABC, topping a "Bones" repeat, 4.0/6, on FOX. The CW went with "Girlfriends" and "The Game."

CBS took over at 10 p.m. as a rerun of "CSI: Miami," 8.4/14, dominated the hour. ABC's "What About Brian," 3.3/6, was second in households, but NBC's "Studio 60" rerun (3.1/5) had a few more viewers.
