GodSend
Review by: Sal & Shai
Sal: Hey everyone! I am here with Shai and we are about to review the latest episode of "Heroes". A marvelous start for this amazing series, winning the best show of Monday Night! So after 11 amazing episodes, the series took a break for about a month. It was a very hard month for most of the series' fans, and many couldn't wait for this episode to arrive. The trailer being released kept us on the edge of our seats and we finally got our answers todays. Not all of the answers of course, but some which would keep us wondering for weeks to come. Ok so for the ratings of the episode. This will be given by my co-host Shai!
Shai:Yo! Hope everyone is doing ok. It was an amazing episode, let me just say that and I guess I am given the honour of stating the ratings of this episode. Ok so the 12th episode of the season managed to bring in around 15 Million Viewers. This is a marvelous start for this fresh series and is a good sign that it keeps on bringing in a stable number of viewers. "24", another series which aired at the same time, was the main competition last night! But NBC's new series won hands down. So what did you like about the episode Sal?
Sal: Ooh many many things (lol). I guess I can start off with Nikki. Ali Larter, who plays Nikki AND Jessica is doing an amazing job. And I noticed that in this episode because we can see at first hand, Nikki trying to fight with Jessica and take over the body. Sometimes you see Nikki who is begging for help, but then when you think everything is going to be ok, out comes Jessica to ruin everything. I just noticed that with Jessica's strength, she could EASILY break out of jail. I am guessing that is going to be a possibility now that the DA are thinking of putting her on the Death Penalty. What do u you think Shai?
Shai: Oh Nikki! I felt so sorry for her. Its hard enough for her to deal with her psycho power, and now she has guards and a cell around her. I mean, I know she turned herself in, but I dont think it was a wise choice because now it is just making everything worse. Like her death penalty sentence. That isn't official yet, but was still a shocker! Oh and when Micah and DL came to visit her. First, that thing with DL was very cool! He put his hands through the glass (awesome!) And second, seeing her wanting to hug her son was so sad!
Sal: Next Hero. Hiro! (LoL) In this episode Hiro is going with the search of his sword, not really knowing where it is he visits a museum where he thinks that it is the place he has to get his sword. He tries and steals it with his freezing power but finds out that its a replica...and guess who HAS the real thing....Yup...Linderman! This guy has everything! I seriously think he has a VERY VERY big part in this series. But I dont think we are going to see him until the season finale or something like that.
Shai: Aww Hiro was so funny in this episode. Poor thing couldn't find his sword, but I am sure that is not going to stop him. Oh and in this episode he meets up with Isaac, AND Nathan! It was hilarious seeing him remember Nathan. Calling him the 'Flying Man' (lol!). Oh and about Nathan, it was good finally seeing him take some role in this whole thing. Stepping up to the plate and taking part in the goal to stop the world from ending. I think seeing other people with these abilities made him accept it more. So I was happy with that....What about Claire?
Sal: Ooh Claire. I really felt bad for her in this episode. It turns out that she DOES remember everything, but this question comes to mind...Why?! Why did that hollow guy leave her with her memory. The writers didn't press on that in the episode, but what they do press on is the fact that Claire doesn't want to be alone. She wants to share the experience with her friend Zack who doesn't remember a thing. And in the episode she takes him to the construction site and shows him her ability. He is of course shocked, but I think that is the beginning to their friendship...All over again...
Shai: Does that make HRG (Claire's Dad) evil? Because she obviously doesn't trust him anymore. I wonder if she will ever trust him again. By watching the promo that we posted up, I think Claire is going to get a heck of a lot of answers in the next episode. Im happy that the hollow guy is helping Claire but then again, I dont know why? Maybe he knows what HRG is doing and doesn't like it? Not sure really. I guess we will have to wait and see. Ok so who can we talk about also...Oh yes! Peter and the new guy! I think he is awesome! Being invisible rocks! Oh and Peter took in his powers and was invisible too! Wonder what the story behind him is...
Sal: I like that they added a new character to the list but I have a feeling he has a bit more meaning into it seeing as Peter saw him in his vision. Ok so, Matt! I felt bad for the guy, he didn't get the guy he wanted. But still, he confided in his wife which is a good thing! At least something is going up for him. Finally...Mohinder! Nothing much about him in the episode except for the fact that he finds out Eden wasn't really Eden and I think he is more determined now than ever before to find the people on the list and warn them. The fun is about to begin!
Shai: Amazing episode! Like I said! So thank you to everyone who is reading. We will leave you guys to question yourselves and make up your own theories as to what is happening in the world of "Heroes"! Watch the trailer! Its amazing! Oh and SPREAD THE WORD about the site! Its doing great so far!
Take Care xox
