Pencils 2 Media Moguls: Campaign to Support Writers!

Ok here is the deal. Straight from the official WGA website "UnitedHollywood". They have started their own campaign which hundreds of blogs and thousands of people have already supported and gone through.

What they ask for is for each person to pay 1 US Dollar through their website to buy 12 pencils, and each will be sent to different networks. This has been done before by various shows by fans who didn't want their shows to get cancelled.

The writer's theory is that if Networks see how much support they have from not only US fans but also International fans, then the Networks would have to agree. I, for one, do not live in the USA but I still managed to buy a box of pencils through their website. Not because I support this strike, but I support STOPPING it! We need our shows.

There will also be a Widget installed on this blog. If you look on the right hand side you will find a button where you can click to support the writers and buy the pencils. It will take you to their official website.
