Television is about to become even more Flavor-ful.

Entertainer-lover Flavor Flav will star in the sitcom "Under One Roof" for MyNetworkTV, set to premiere this spring. This follows shortly after the debut of the third season of his VH1 dating reality show "Flavor of Love" on Monday, Feb. 11.

On the half-hour comedy, ex-con Calvster Hill (Flav) moves in with his well-to-do, conservative brother Walter (Kelly Perine) and wreaks havoc in the buttoned-up household. When Calvster isn't teaching Walter Jr. to be a gangsta rapper, he's rubbing Walter's snooty wife Ashley the wrong way or constantly inviting his prison pals over.

"I am real excited about my new sitcom 'Under one Roof,'" says Flav. "I want to thank MyNetworkTV for believing in your boy because we are about to blow this out of the water. I am about to take MyNetworkTV and make it MY network."

MyNetworkTV put in an initial 13-episode order for the C To the B Productions and Qtopia Entertainment sitcom.

"We're thrilled to be working with Flavor Flav, C To The B Productions and Qtopia Entertainment on this exciting new comedy," says the network's President, Greg Meidel. "A classic fish out of water story, 'Under One Roof' will be a hilarious addition to the MyNetworkTV lineup."

"Under One Roof" is produced by C to the B's Claude Brooks and Darryl J. Quarles, directed by Brian Roberts and written by Danielle Quarles and Gelila Asres. The series is currently shooting in Toronto, Canada.

The 48-year-old Flavor Flav, born William J. Drayton Jr., was Chuck D's hype man for rap group Public Enemy. Years later, his career was resurrected when he began his VH1 reality show career, which included "The Surreal Life," Strange Love" and multiple installments of "Flavor of Love." He last appeared on "Comedy Central's Roast of Flavor Flav."

Take Care,
