Spoilers 4x17:


Episode Titled "Sacred Cows".

Alan and Denny argue to the Supreme Court after a mentally retarded man is found guilty of horrible crimes against a child and sentenced to death. Alan is nervous and goes against the advice he's given on how to present his case, focusing on the client and not the Constitutional issues. Katie and Carl Sack ask a judge to deny the Catholic Church a tax exempt status if they continue to not allow women to become ordained as priests, saying the Catholic Church is discriminating against women. Jerry introduces a woman he is dating to Lorraine and is surprised to find out that the two women work out at the same gym while Lorraine is surprised to hear they are dating.
