Spoilers 3x15:

Episode Info "Horror Show".

A young man trying to get into film school is shooting horror scenes to put together a movie. When he dies, Melinda and Professor Payne talk to several of the people on the tape and realize that he was taking each person's worst fear and basically bringing it to life. When Payne finds the edited film the guy was working on, he tells Melinda that it looks like he was scaring people to death. Jim also appears.
