Spoilers 2x16:


Episode Title "Wayne's World 3 - Killer Shark"

A young woman is murdered and Danny and Isaac go to the apartment of Christopher Hoffs, the man they believe is responsible. The apartment is filled with famous serial killers, including books & pictures of Bundy, Manson & others, as well as a police scanner and a collection of knives. They see that Hoffs is obsessed with a man named Wayne Callison, who is in prison for killing another young woman. When Callison learns the new victim was killed exactly like the woman he was convicted of killing, he requests a new trial. While being transferred, Callison escapes the custody of the L.A. County Sheriff's Office. When a man his size is found murdered with Callison's prison uniform beside him and the name Stark carved into his leg, everyone rushes to worry about Sebastian and Cutter tries to pull him off the case. Sebastian resists but when Julie goes missing, he loses control.

'Shark' Swims to Tuesdays for CBS!

It will be another spring break "Shark" attack when CBS moves its James Woods legal drama to Tuesdays next month.

CBS has announced that starting Tuesday, April 29, "Shark" will find a new home nestled between "NCIS" and the celebrity competition series "Secret Talents of the Stars."

After spending its first season in the peaceful waters of Thursday nights, "Shark" swam to Sunday last fall and its time period is currently occupied by censored repeats of Showtime's "Dexter." CBS has ordered three post-strike episodes to air on Tuesdays with the second season finale set for Tuesday, May 20.

In addition, the network's "The Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular" specials have been performing so well on Friday nights that CBS wants to milk the Drew Carey franchise for all its worth, ordering for new primetime specials for May sweeps.

Don't worry, though, "Moonlight" fans. These new "Price Is Right" installments will air on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m., the slot currently occupied by "Big Brother -- 'Til Death Do Us Part."

Starting on Wednesday, April 30, the "Price Is Right" specials will lead into new episodes of "Criminal Minds" (a logical lead-in if ever there was one) for May sweeps.

CBS is also pleased to report that all four of the new broadcasts will be available in Spanish closed captioning for the first time. Que bueno!

A couple of "goons" bring Sebastian to a duplex in Las Vegas in the middle of the night where he sees an old client, Ballantine, and a dead body. Ballantine basically confesses to killing the dead man, who worked for him, and convinced Sebastian to take a 5 million dollar retainer in exchange for representing him. Because it is in Nevada and not California, Sebastian still has his license to practice law and is unemployed so has the time. He gets Raina, Isaac and Madeleine to help him. When the man is found guilty, he threatens Sebastian's life.

'Shark's Jeri Ryan Gives Birth to Girl!

Seven of Nine has added a female being to her collective.

"Shark" actress Jeri Ryan and her husband, French chef Christophe Eme, welcomed a baby girl into their family on Sunday, March 2 in Los Angeles, reports People.

"Both parents are thrilled," says rep David Lust. "Jeri is resting comfortably and Christophe is playing the part of proud new papa quite well."

The baby girl is named Gisele and weighed 7 lbs., 13 oz. at birth. In a previous interview, Ryan had revealed that the couple was looking for a French name of their child.

Ryan, 40, and Eme wed this past June in France at a castle in Eme's hometown outside Angers in the Loire Valley.

The couple met through a friend's introduction at at charity event in 2003. Eme is the head chef of the West Hollywood restaurant Ortolan, where he's partners with Ryan.

The couple's restaurant appeared in an episode of the legal drama "Boston Legal." Ryan was also seen in the "Iron Chef America" audience when Eme competed on the show. Her other TV credits include "Boston Public," "Two and a Half Men" and "The O.C."

Ryan has a child, 13-year-old Alex, with ex-husband Jack Ryan, who dropped out of 2004's senatorial race in Illinois when details of their divorce proceedings were made public. In the records, Jeri Ryan alleges that her ex coerced her to attend sex clubs in three different cities.

Ryan is best known for playing former Borg Seven of Nine on "Star Trek: Voyager." She currently stars as Los Angeles District Attorney Jessica Devlin opposite James Woods in the CBS legal drama "Shark."

Stark goes in front of the panel to determine if he will face a formal disbarment hearing and learns that indeed he will. He pleads mercy on the court after admitting his wrongdoings, much to Julie's dismay. He then works with his team to put away the people responsible for Sarah Belkin's murder in 1996 and when the man threatens to kill him, Stark reveals a wire under his jacket with police on the other end listening. Afterward, the Deputy Attorney General, Jane Westlake, speaks to the panel on Stark's behalf, telling them that the Attorney General supports the reinstatement of Stark, but they stun everyone by pulling out a letter from the Attorney General that is in support of Stark's disbarment.

'Shark' Casting News!

Sources confirm to me exclusively that the CBS legal drama has tapped Paula Marshall to temporarily replace the show's maternity-bound leading lady, Jeri Ryan. Marshall is expected to appear in at least three of this season's final four episodes, with an option to return next season (if there's a next season).

Marshall's character, a state deputy attorney general, first meets Shark (James Woods) at his disbarment arraignment, where she.... I better stop there. Too spoilery. Let's just say the two forge a mutually beneficial partnership.

Ausiello: She's due in March, so, um, no. But Shark execs are turning this crisis into an opportunity and bringing in a big-name actress to replace Ryan during her absence. One option that was being bandied about pre-strike was bringing back previous guest star Sherry Stringfield to fill the void. Not sure if that's still in the cards.

'Rules' & 'Shark' Recieve Orders!

The near future cleared for two CBS series, the comedy "Rules of Engagement" and the drama "Shark," which received orders Tuesday for six and four additional episodes, respectively.

Meanwhile, there are more clouds ahead for ABC's freshman drama "Women's Murder Club." Three executive producers on the show, co-creators/co-showrunners Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain as well as R. Scott Gemmill, have been let go. ABC has yet to decide the fate of the drama, which has faded after a hot start, but if more episodes are ordered, they will be produced without the trio.

Not expected to continue is another ABC freshman drama, "Big Shots."

Meanwhile, there still is no resolution on the final six episodes of "Scrubs," as NBC has not yet ordered fresh episodes of the departing series.

As for "Rules" and "Shark," "Rules" had been competing with "The New Adventures of Old Christine" for the Monday 9:30 p.m. slot, while "Shark's" future for the rest of the season was put in doubt after CBS scheduled "Dexter" in the drama's Sunday 10 p.m. berth

NBC CBS Sets 'Jericho,' 'Big Brother' Returns

CBS doesn't seem too concerned about the ongoing writers' strike, announcing a spring line-up that includes both the triumphant return of "Jericho" and a new installment of "Big Brother."

Let's get the important business out of the way: Rescued from cancellation by an outpouring of nuts, "Jericho" will begin its seven-episode second season on Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 10 p.m. ET, airing in the time slot where "Cane" is currently struggling.

"Jericho," the story of a plucky band of Kansas survivalists trying to kick-start society in the aftermath of a nuclear attack, will capitalize on the lead-in of the first-ever winter edition of "Big Brother."

Hosted, as always, by Julie Chen, "Big Brother" will also premiere on Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 9 p.m. ET, following "NCIS." Additional installments of "Big Brother" will air on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8 p.m., premiering on Feb. 13 and Feb. 17.

The Wednesday "Big Brother" episodes will take the place of "Power of 10," as the summer competition hit begins a string of new episodes on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

In general, CBS won't lack for new programming, even in the scripted department, as Monday, Jan. 28 will see the premiere of "The Captain," featuring Chris Klein and Jeffrey Tambor, and the Emmy-winning "The New Adventures of Old Christine," which will air at 8:30 and 9:30 respectively, as "The Big Bang Theory" and "Rules of Engagement" go on hiatus (unlike the other Monday comedies, they lack the necessary number of repeatable installments).

Also returning is the 16th edition of "Survivor," which will premiere from a yet-to-be-announced location on Thursday, Feb. 7.

Plus, CBS' big Monday (Dec. 3) scheduling release included a new air-date for the "Lonesome Dove" prequel "Comanche Moon," which will now be sacrificed to the premieres of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "American Idol" on Sunday, Jan. 13, Tuesday, Jan. 15 and Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 9-199 p.m.

Episode Titled "Shaun of the Dead" - A young man is killed and his friends and bandmates tell Sebastian and Raina that he gambled that night and lost $12,000 and couldn't pay. They didn't know who he owed the money to. Later, Sebastian believes one of the three guys did it and sets out to prove it, telling Raina that they will all eventually cover their own butts no matter how long they have been friends. When they arrest one of them, another comes forward and says they arrested the wrong one. He says he saw the other friend, the brother of the one they arrested, actually kill the victim. Julie tries to help Trevor but Trevor gets angry and throws the phone, telling Julie to go.
