Patrick Dempsey may no longer be People's Sexiest Man Alive, but he's still top hot doc Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on TV's #1 soap. On Wednesday, Disney is releasing his new fairytale movie "Enchanted" also starring Amy Adams, James Marsden and Susan Sarandon which has generated positive reviews.
