He's been living under an alias to hide the fact that he's a convicted sex offender. The charges that were brought against him did not accurately reflect his crime but nonetheless cost him his job as a teacher. His life (unfairly) ruined, his career over and his fiancée gone, Leo becomes enraged and possibly suicidal, and directs his simmering anger toward Catherine...GUEST STAR (23)

A small 4-5 year old to play 3-4, she is an angelic girl, discovered outside a comedy club, her dead body lovingly placed in a box with a St. Jude medallion around her neck. [VERNON WALDRIP]

Late 20s - 40s, this ex-con who is creepy and worn, leaves prison intent on romancing and stealing his cellmate's wife Grace. His ploy works and he becomes the number one suspect in his stepchild Inez's murder. The cops catch up with Vernon and his family (including two kids from a previous Relationship) so he desperately takes hostages inside a diner. When Grace dies in the ensuing shoot-out, Vernon becomes quietly devastated and defeated, willing to sign any confession Catherine supplies for him regarding Inez's death, but despite the evidence pointing in his direction, he is not the guilty party that everyone assumes...GUEST STAR (40)

In her mid 20s to 30s, kooky, quirky, blue collar, a bit off, talkative and curious, she welcomes Catherine and Brass into her apartment and chats their ears off. This 6-8 year old fair-haired boy is Vernon's son who is part of the hostage group in the diner. [OFFENDED GUY]

20s - early 30s. This guy is a bit off and angry. He's in the audience at Adam Spence's show and takes offense at the material. He heckles Adam, receives a cruel earful in return, and leaves with his girlfriend...POSSIBLE GUEST STAR (2)


[REPORTER]
